Now we are going to talk about phone cover UV printing solution from Handtop.

Major features for this application is as below:

Phone cover is, in some way, a kind of hand-held art work. It is belong to close look product, that makes it requires higher precision.

Now Handtop is using 7pl small dots in phone cover application, elevates the printing accuracy, the practical printing precision is up to 1200DPI, which makes a more exquisite output.

The embossing effect is affected by the capability of printing white. Output stereo texture by embossing the white ink.

The whole new phone cover UV application from Handtop Tech possess a strong white printing function, able of fast emboss high density of white ink without lowering the printing precision and speed. The final relief sculpture effect and wear-resisting performance are all reached high level.

As hand-held art work, the printing color is very important for phone cover. Handtop is using high quality UV printing ink and the independent inkjet application makes it possible to output 860 thousand ink dots within every inch which improved the color performance.

Handtop tech developed ink specially for the phone cover application. The ink is cured by low-heat, high density UV cold light LED lamp. The cured ink presents strong adhesion, wear-resisting and bright color. Under long term of use, the cured ink in the surface is still as same as new.

Handtop has conquered varnish application, able of white-CMYK-varnish simultaneous printing and varnish application on phone cover is a perfect example. Good varnish performance, fast printing speed and no dark lines. Easily print large area varnish coverage, line varnish and drop varnish.
