3X2 and 2X3, they appear to be the same, but for UV flatbed printer, these two are different concepts.

If you have 2 units of UV flatbed printer in front of you, one is 2m in crosswise, 3m in length wise direction. Another one is 3m width and 2m length, maybe you’ll get confused, it appears to be same size, what’s the difference?

The pink dotted line represents the pass number of the carriage when printing. Obviously, under the structure on the right side diagram which is 3X2m, the pass number will be less as well as a longer distance for single pass. Considering the acceleration and deceleration process of the carriage, we can tell that: under same print head configuration and screen settings, the printing speed with 3X2m structure will be faster.
