Back to the usage of Kyocera print head, one nozzle jet one ink drop. If it is fixed drop jetting, that means it need single pulse signal which will generate 1 bit of data. In this case, the data needed to be processed by the board will be thrice as the normal data. In the meantime, the nozzles on Kyocera print head is double as other print heads, that means the data needed to be burdened, transferred and processed is 6 times as normal ones. This high strength of driver work is impossible for normal manufacturers.
